Content and Review Policy
By posting Content on the Platform, you agree to abide by this Content Policy
and other policies. Quote It reserve the right to remove content, in whole or part,
that violates these guidelines or our Terms of Use, or for any other reason in our
sole discretion. Please notify us if you believe any content on Quote It violates this
policy. Keep in mind that content on our Platform may be disagreeable to you
without being in violation of this policy.
Reviews
In order to maintain trust on our Platform, we generally do not edit, change, or
delete reviews that comply with our Content Policy. Genuine, thoughtful reviews
provide the trust our community relies on. To that end, we prohibit:

Reviews not directly related to a Service Providers professionalism,
interactions, or performance on a Service Request started or completed.

Reviews that do not represent users’ actual, personal experience.

Reviews unrelated to the actual Service Request, such as political or social
commentary.

Content that endorses or promotes illegal or harmful activity or violence, or is
profane, vulgar, obscene, threatening, or discriminatory.

Content that violates another person or entity’s rights, including intellectual
property rights and privacy rights (for example, personally identifying
information).

Content that is proven to be used as extortion.

Commercial promotion of products or services.

Content that publicly discloses the contact information of a Client Member or
Service Provider.
Marketplace Trust and Safety investigation
In order to maintain trust on our Platform, we generally do not edit, change, or
delete User Content that complies with our Content Policy. In order to maintain
safety on our Platform we will promptly delete any User Content that does not
comply with our Content Policy. To that end, we prohibit:

Content that endorses or promotes illegal or harmful activity or violence, or is
profane, vulgar, obscene, threatening, or discriminatory.

Content that violates another person’s or entity’s rights, including intellectual
property rights and privacy rights.

Content that is proven to be used as extortion.

Content directing Client Members or Service Providers to visit additional websites,
mobile apps or forms to fill out.

Commercial promotion or advertisements of products or services except for that
which is in the context of a quote submitted by a Service Provider to a Client Member
for a Service Request.

Content that publicly discloses the contact information of a Client Member or
Service Provider.
