It’s free for clients to use Quote It. Payment terms for services rendered are agreed upon by the service provider and client. Quote It does not collect any money from clients on behalf of service providers.

Jobs with pictures get more quotes. Adding details like measurements to your job post always helps. In addition, make sure your job is posted in the right category to get the most engagement. You can always change the category your job is posted in by editing the job. If you have multiple jobs we suggest you post them individually in the most relevant category.
Your private contact information will not be published publicly. In addition, it is prohibited to publish your contact information in a job post. Your contact information will only be shared with a service provider if you initiate communication with them first form a quote you have received.

Before you accept a quote, you can call or send a chat message to the service provider to get more information. Please contact the service provider directly for the details on what is included in your quote. Payment terms for services rendered are agreed upon by the service provider and client. Accepting a quote does not bind you to any commitment with a service provider. When you select Accept Quote your job is removed from Quote It and is no longer public. You will also lose all your other quotes. You can always delete an accepted quote to go back and view your other quotes and get new quotes.
To decline a quote, select the quote you want to decline > on the Quote Details page select the 3 dot icon, then select Decline Quote. After you decline the quote the service provider will no longer be able to submit a quote on your job.
To delete a quote, first you must decline it. After you have declined the quote, select the quote you want to delete > on the Quote Details page, select the 3 dot icon, then select Delete Quote. After you delete the quote it will be removed from your My Quotes page.
At anytime you can Pause your job to stop receiving new quotes. When you pause your job, it is removed from the Job Feed so new service providers cannot submit quotes. To Pause your job, go to the Job Details page > select the 3 dot icon > then select Pause Job. To Resume you job and start receiving new quotes again, go to the Job Details page > select the 3 dot icon > then select Resume Job.
To edit your job, go to the My Jobs tab > select the job you want to edit > on the Job Details page select the 3 dot icon, then select Edit Job.
To delete your job select the My Jobs tab > then select the job you want to delete > on the Job Details page select the 3 dot icon, then select Delete Job. Deleting your job will also delete all the quotes you received.
When a job expires, it is removed from the Job Feed and will no longer receive new quotes. All jobs posted on Quote It expire on the Deadline date provided when the job was posted. To continue receiving quotes and get your job back on the Job Feed, you must edit the deadline date. To Edit your job Deadline, go to the Job Details page > select the 3 dot menu > then select Edit Job.
To reschedule or cancel an appointment, select the quote with a confirmed appointment > on the Quote Details tab, select Schedule.
To view your other quotes you must decline the quote you accepted first. To decline a quote, select the quote you want to decline > on the Quote Details page select the 3 dot icon, then select Decline Quote. After you decline the quote the service provider will no longer be able to submit a quote on your job.
After accepting a quote, if the job is complete, select the Mark Job Done button on the Quote Details page. Then you will be able to review the service provider.
To edit a review you have left for a service provider, go to the My Jobs tab > select the job you left the review for > on the Archive Job Details page, select the 3 dot icon beside your review > then select Edit Review.
To edit your profile and contact information, select Menu > then select Profile > on your Profile page, select the 3 dot icon > then select Edit Profile.

Quotes submitted by service providers are private between the service provider and client. The job poster is the only one that can see quotes submitted by service providers.
Top Quote gives service providers a way to promote their quote to clients. The Top Quotes section is at the top of the clients Job Quotes page. Service providers pay to feature their quote in the Top Quote section.
When a job is complete, the client and service provider can review each other and upload a picture of the completed job. Only the service provider gets a star rating for the job. The star rating for a job also contributes to the service providers overall star rating.
The service providers star rating can be found on their Profile along with a list of their completed jobs. When a job is completed, the client gives the service provider a star rating based on the following criteria:
On budget 1-10
On Time 1-10
Quality 1-10
Courteous 1-10
Badges help clients identify accredited service providers. Service providers can have up to 4 badges on their profile. The Verified badge, Workers Compensation Insurance badge, Liability Insurance badge and the Certification badge. To get a badge a service provider must upload a picture. To view the image uploaded by a service provider for a badge, go to their Profile and select the badge. Learn More
Quote It does not verify or guarantee the information or images provided by service providers for badges is true or valid. Clients are responsible for confirming service providers are properly and fully licensed, certified, and insured prior to hiring. Learn More
Some service providers have a Verified badge on their profile. To get a Verified badge, a service provider must upload a picture of their drivers license or passport and a selfie. If the photo on their drivers license or passport matches their selfie, they get the Verified badge on their profile. Learn More
Quote It does not verify or guarantee the information or images provided by service providers for Verified badges is true or valid. Clients are responsible for confirming service providers are properly and fully licensed, certified, and insured prior to hiring. Learn More
To turn notifications and emails on or off, select Menu > then select Notifications > on the Notifications page, select the notification or email you want to turn on or off. You can also use your phone settings to turn notifications on or off.
To unsubscribe from emails, open an email from Quote It and select the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
You can delete your personal information, cancel your use of the Platform and/or terminate your Account at any time. To delete your account, select Menu > then select Profile > on your Profile page, select the 3 dot icon > then select Delete Account. To unsubscribe from emails, open an email from Quote It and select the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
If you are concerned about anything you see on Quote It, report it right away. You can report content like jobs, users and reviews. To report content, select the 3 dot icon beside the content you want to report > then select Report. When you report something to us, we take it seriously and look into it right way to see if it violates our Terms and Community Standards.
To block a user, go to their Profile > select the 3 dot icon > then select Block User. To Unblock a user, go to their Profile > select the 3 dot icon > then select Unblock User.
You can hide content you see on Quote It like jobs, and reviews. To hide content, select the 3 dot icon beside the content you want to hide > then select Hide. To Unhide content, select the 3 dot icon beside the content you want to unhide > then select Unhide.
Users who violate Quote It’s Terms and Community Standards will receive a warning. Too many warning may result in account suspension. If you receive a warning notification or alert, please check your email for details.
