SMS Terms and Conditions

Quote It, Inc. ("Quote It," "we," "us," or "our") provides these SMS Terms and
Conditions (the "SMS Terms"), which govern the provision and delivery of text
messages by us or our text message vendors. Quote It provides this service to

all of our users, including Service Members and Client Members. We send you

text messages to:

(1) provide you with information you requested from Quote It;

(2) inform you of improvements, features, or Quote It services that may be of

interest to you;

(3) to facilitate the matching of Client Members with Service Members or other
features you voluntarily use on Quote It;

(4) to respond to your inquiries regarding your account or use of Quote It.

Signing Up and Opting Out of Quote It Text Messages

After you sign up to use the Platform you will receive a text message from Quote It.

At any time, if you do not want to continue receiving text messages, you may reply

“STOP” to any text message received from Quote It. After doing so, we will send you

confirmation of your opting out via text message. If you do not reply back with

“STOP” this will constitute your consent to opting in to receive text messages from

Quote It. If you have revoked consent and want to re-enroll in our text message

program, you can re-enroll through our app.

By signing up to receive text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms, Quote It's

messages, you agree that Quote It or its vendors may use any automated and/or

non-automated technology to send you informational and/or promotional text

messages. You understand that you are not required to receive text messages from

Quote It as a condition of your use of the Platform.

Costs of Signing Up for Quote It Text Messages

Quote It does not charge you for its text message program but SMS/MMS message

and data rates may apply. Depending on your plan with your wireless carrier or

other applicable provider, you may be charged when sending or receiving a text

message from Quote It.

Frequency of Text Messages

We may send you an initial message confirming that we have received your opt-in.

After that, you will receive recurring text messages. The specific amount may vary

depending on how you use the Platform and whether you take steps to generate

additional text messages from us.

Participating Carriers

Content is not available on all carriers and is not compatible with all cell phone

models. Quote It will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS/MMS

messages or changes from carriers as delivery is subject to effective transmission

from your carrier with active participation at that time.

Eligibility

By signing up to receive Quote It text messages, you represent that you are 18 years

of age or older and understand the obligations and agree to the terms set forth in

these SMS Terms and the Quote It Terms of Use, which both form binding agreements

between you and us. You further represent that you are the subscriber of the cellular

service at the mobile number provided or that you are authorized by the subscriber to

sign-up to receive text messages.

Modifications to these SMS Terms

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms, or any part thereof, or add or remove

terms at any time, and such modifications, additions or deletions will be effective

immediately upon posting. Your continued enrollment in Quote It's text messaging

program shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such modifications,

additions or deletions.
